CranioSacral
Therapy (CST)
CranioSacral
Therapy is a light-touch method of evaluating the craniosacral
system, the environment in which the brain and spinal cord function.
CST unwinds tension, trauma, adhesions & injury in the fascia
of the body - the web of connective tissue that holds all physical
structures in the body. This manual therapy encourages the body's
natural healing mechanisms to improve the capability of the central
nervous system, dissipate the negative effects of stress, strengthen
resistance to disease and enhance health.
Reflexology
Reflexology, is a natural healing technique, based on the principle
that there are reflex points in the hands and feet which correspond
to every part, gland and organ in the body. Application of pressure
on these points, serves to relax tension, improve circulation
and promote the natural function of the related area in the body.
By nature of the technique, reflexology also delivers a detailed
massage to the feet the hands.

Thai Massage
Thai
Massage is an interactive manipulation of the body using passive
stretching and gentle pressure along energy lines. Practiced on
a floor mat in comfortable clothing, these movements have many
of the same benefits of traditional massage therapy including
increased flexibility and decreased muscular & joint tension.
Its primary aim is to facilitate a sense of unity, wholeness and
balance within the body. Receiving Thai massage is a bit like
doing yoga without putting forth all the effort.

Hot
Stone Massage
Hot
Stone Massage uses smooth, water-heated basalt (or volcanic) stones.
Traditional Swedish Massage techniques are used with the stones
allowing
their heat to penetrate the muscles, leaving the body feeling
deeply relaxed
and rejuvenated. Throughout the treatment, heated stones are also
placed
along various parts of the body (such as along the spine) to stimulate
its
energy centres. Hot Stone Massage treatments can be customized
and adapted
to the client’s needs. Not only can it be used for stress
relief and to
help release chronic muscle tension, but a combination of Hot
and Cold
stones can be used for a more invigorating effect; energizing
and promoting
circulation throughout the body.
